Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Welcome to Extractify. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Extractify website, applications, and related services.

Extractify is operated by Favoree Digital Group, referred to in these Terms as “Extractify,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing or using Extractify, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or uploading a file, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Extractify is an online service that uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to identify, extract, organise, and convert information contained in images, screenshots, photographs, PDFs, receipts, product shelves, inventory records, documents, and similar files into structured and editable data.

The Service may rely on third-party hosting, storage, payment, analytics, artificial-intelligence, and infrastructure providers.

Extractify is an automated data-extraction tool. It does not guarantee that extracted information will always be complete, accurate, authentic, or suitable for a specific purpose.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • protecting your login credentials;
  • all activity carried out through your account;
  • notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not share your account in a way that bypasses subscription, usage, or security restrictions.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Extractify only for lawful and authorised purposes.

You agree that:

  • you own the files you upload or have permission to process them;
  • your use of uploaded files and extracted data complies with applicable laws;
  • where files contain personal or confidential information, you have a valid reason and legal basis for processing it;
  • you will review extracted data before relying on it;
  • you will not use the Service in a way that harms other people, organisations, systems, or rights.

4. Restricted Use

You must not use Extractify to upload, process, extract, distribute, or manage content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorised;
  • infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contractual, or other third-party rights;
  • contains personal, financial, medical, identity, biometric, or confidential information that you are not authorised to process;
  • promotes harmful, exploitative, threatening, discriminatory, or violent activity;
  • contains restricted, unsafe, or inappropriate material;
  • supports illegal surveillance, tracking, impersonation, harassment, or profiling;
  • facilitates malware, phishing, credential theft, cyberattacks, unauthorised access, or interference with computer systems;
  • is used to make unlawful or unsupervised decisions in sensitive areas such as employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, legal services, or public benefits;
  • attempts to bypass safety systems, technical restrictions, rate limits, content filters, or security controls;
  • interferes with the normal operation, security, availability, or performance of the Service;
  • attempts to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse the Service or its technology;
  • resells, sublicenses, or redistributes the Service without written authorisation;
  • violates the terms or policies of any third-party provider used by Extractify.

This list is not exhaustive. We may restrict other uses that we reasonably consider unlawful, harmful, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.

5. File Review and Safety Controls

Extractify and its service providers may use automated systems to detect suspicious, unsafe, restricted, or abusive activity.

We do not manually review every uploaded file, and successful processing does not mean that a file or use is permitted under these Terms.

Where reasonably necessary, we may:

  • refuse or stop processing a file;
  • remove or restrict access to uploaded content;
  • limit uploads or account functionality;
  • temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account;
  • block abusive devices, networks, or access patterns;
  • retain limited records for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes;
  • cooperate with service providers, regulators, courts, or competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

We may take immediate action where activity presents a serious legal, security, safety, or operational risk.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, users are not entitled to a refund where access is restricted or terminated because of a violation of these Terms.

6. Uploaded Content

You retain any rights you hold in the files you upload.

You grant Extractify a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, transmit, temporarily store, analyse, transform, and process uploaded content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service;
  • generate extraction results;
  • improve reliability and technical performance;
  • protect the Service and its users;
  • detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • resolve technical issues or disputes.

Uploaded files may be transmitted to third-party service providers that support the operation of Extractify, including cloud-storage, hosting, and artificial-intelligence providers.

This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup periods, security records, legal obligations, and the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Personal and Confidential Information

You should avoid uploading personal, confidential, sensitive, or regulated information unless it is necessary for your use of the Service and you are authorised to process it.

You are responsible for determining whether Extractify is appropriate for the type of information you intend to upload.

Where you upload information relating to another person, you are responsible for:

  • having an appropriate legal basis;
  • providing any required notices;
  • limiting the information to what is necessary;
  • protecting confidentiality;
  • complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws;
  • respecting applicable access, correction, deletion, and other legal rights.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Accuracy

Extractify uses artificial intelligence and automated extraction systems.

Results may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, formatting issues, or incorrect interpretations.

Extractify does not guarantee:

  • that every table, field, value, character, object, or product will be detected;
  • that extracted information will exactly match the source file;
  • that results will be complete or error-free;
  • that the Service is suitable for professional, legal, accounting, tax, medical, financial, regulatory, or safety-critical purposes.

You must review and validate all results before using, publishing, sharing, importing, or relying on them.

Extracted data does not constitute professional advice or an official determination.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, text, databases, workflows, and technology, is owned by Favoree Digital Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited right to access and use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of the Service or its underlying technology.

You may provide feedback or suggestions about Extractify. We may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you without permission.

10. Subscriptions, Payments, and Usage Limits

Certain features may require payment or may be subject to credits, file limits, storage limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions.

Prices, billing periods, included usage, renewal conditions, taxes, cancellation rights, and refund terms will be displayed before purchase or described in the relevant subscription offer.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

We may introduce or modify reasonable limits to protect the Service, manage costs, prevent abuse, or maintain performance.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Extractify may rely on third-party services, including cloud hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, analytics, and artificial-intelligence providers.

Some features may also be subject to the relevant third party’s terms and policies.

We are not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, output decisions, content blocks, delays, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may maintain, update, modify, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary.

We may change supported file types, models, providers, extraction methods, limits, features, and technical requirements.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly reduce paid functionality.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • your use creates legal, financial, technical, security, or operational risk;
  • payment is overdue;
  • your account is involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
  • a third-party provider requires us to take action;
  • we are required to act by law;
  • continued provision of the Service is no longer reasonably possible.

When access ends, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Any provisions that should reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, legal compliance, user responsibility, and disputes.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or compatible with every file or system.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Extractify and Favoree Digital Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.

Our total liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid to Extractify during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • €100 if you did not pay for the Service.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Responsibility for Third-Party Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, business users agree to compensate Extractify, Favoree Digital Group, and their representatives for reasonable losses, claims, penalties, and legal costs resulting from:

  • files uploaded through their account;
  • their use of extracted data;
  • infringement of third-party rights;
  • violation of applicable law;
  • material violation of these Terms.

This section does not apply to consumers where such an obligation would be unlawful or unfair.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, applicable laws, security requirements, business practices, or third-party provider requirements.

We will update the “Last updated” date and provide notice of material changes where required.

Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without limiting any mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.

The competent courts will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Before starting formal proceedings, users and Extractify are encouraged to try to resolve the dispute by contacting each other directly.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
