By creating an account, uploading images, or otherwise using Extractify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Extractify for lawful purposes only. You agree to:

  • Upload only images for which you have the right to process and extract data
  • Use the extracted data in compliance with applicable laws
  • Provide accurate information when required

3.2 Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload images containing personal data of others without their consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the service or its technology
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

4. Intellectual Property

Extractify and its technology, branding, and content are owned by Favoree Digital Group or its licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded images and the data you extract. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the extraction service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Extractify is also governed by our Data Privacy Policy. We process your images and data in accordance with that policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Extractify available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modify the service with reasonable notice when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extractify and Favoree Digital Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
