When you upload images, we:

Store them temporarily on our infrastructure (Supabase) to perform extraction
Send image data to AI providers (such as OpenAI or Google) to extract structured information
Do not use your images to train AI models or for purposes other than providing the extraction service

Images: Stored for the duration of your session and as needed to complete extraction. We may retain them for a limited period for debugging or support purposes.
Extracted data: Stored in your browser and exported at your discretion. We do not permanently store your extracted spreadsheets unless you explicitly save them.
Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active and as required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), storage (Supabase), and AI providers necessary to operate the service
